Speck is delicious with fresh fruit, cheese, and nuts.

•    Format/cut: dry-cured, smoked ham.
•    Casing/Seasoning: Fermented and cured without casing with bay leaf, rosemary,    allspice, juniper, coriander, and smoke.
•    Aged: about 6 months
